Drop a tablet into drinking water to make a fresh glass of hydrogen water. Active H2 Ultra releases molecular hydrogen gas (H₂) as the tablet dissolves. Both Unflavored and Raspberry provide 80 mg of magnesium per tablet.

How to use
Add one tablet to 10–12 oz of drinking water, let it dissolve completely and drink immediately. Take 1–3 times daily as directed on the label. Do not swallow tablets directly. Tablet count is not a fixed number of days.
Ingredients
Both flavors provide magnesium (80 mg). Other ingredients in Unflavored: malic acid, dextrose, tartaric acid, adipic acid and sodium stearyl fumarate. Raspberry also contains natural raspberry powder and Chinese blackberry extract.
About hydrogen water
Molecular hydrogen is two hydrogen atoms bonded together. Prepare each glass fresh because the gas gradually escapes from water. Human studies have examined hydrogen water in relation to exercise and oxidative stress; research methods and results vary and do not establish the same outcomes for this product.
