Casados Farms Made Chicos

Chicos are made by first smoking in a Pueblo-style Horno, whole ears of corn in the husk, and then drying. Farmer Peter Casados is the master. He uses his 500-year-old family recipe to make the best Chicos in all of New Mexico. He also grows the corn on his farm, Farmer Casados uses "Concho" corn, This type of corn are massive and make the best Chicos.

Chicos have been discovered in the ancient ruins of Mesa Verde and Chaco Canyon!
