Freeze Dried Tamales

Traditional and truly authentic, these hand-filled tamales are so easy and convenient! Add boiling water to the bag, filling until just above the tamale. seal the zipper and let steep for two minutes. Then open one corner slightly and carefully drain off the excess water until the dripping stops. And that's it! Slide the rehydrated tamale onto your plate and dive in!
